I hereby appoint you for the membership of the Cultural Revolution Committee. It is hoped that in cooperation with the respected members of the committee and esteemed professors, students and officials you will do your utmost to reopen the universities as soon as possible. God willing, the honorable Iranian nation will witness scientific activities at the universities all over the country in the near future.
