I acknowledge the receipt of your message of congratulation on the occasion of the 3 rd anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution with appreciation. I pray to the Exalted God, for the dignity of Islam and Muslims and hope that under the shadow of unity the hands of occupying aggressors such as the usurper Israel and aggressor and traitor Saddam, will be curtailed from Islamic countries, and Muslims can achieve the high Islamic goals.
