I acknowledge the receipt of your telegram of congratulations on the occasion of the arrival of the auspicious Feast of Fitr with appreciation. Reciprocally, I congratulate you and the Muslim people of your country on the great Islamic feast. It is hoped that Muslims of the world, particularly some of the rulers, will give up indifference to so many crimes and brutalities of the usurper regime of Israel and the Iraqi Ba`ath Party and subservience to the superpowers of East and West and the enemies of Islam, and curtail their criminal hands from Islamic countries and lands of Muslims through unity.
