In His Most Exalted Name
Praise is to Allah, the Lord of the worlds; may God's peace be upon Muhammad and his pure progeny, and His curse be upon all their enemies.
And then, Thiqat al-Islam Shaykh Isma`il- May his blessings last long- is authorized on my behalf to take charge of the financial affairs, to collect the religious dues and use the holy share of Imam (peace be upon him) for his expenses economically. He is authorized to spend one third of the excess on promoting the pure word of Islam, half of the share of sadat on prescribed cases, and return the rest to me for promotion of the pure word of Islam.
Moreover, I advise him, may God the Exalted assist him- to what the pious predecessors did, to adhere to piety and to avoid carnal desires. May God's peace and mercy be upon him and our believing brothers!
