Your Excellency Hujat-el-Islam Fadlullah Mahallati, my representative in Sepah-e Pasdaran,

Since Hujat al-Islam Tahiri is going to have a travel, you are required to undertake all his responsibilities in Sepah-e Pasdaran in addition to your own responsibilities in Sepah-e Pasdaran.

I implore God almighty to grant you success in serving Islam and Islamic Republic.
