Your Highness Ayatullah al-`Uzma Imam Khomeini Great Leader of the Revolution and Founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran,
Respectfully, please find enclosed the list of 421 convicts of the Islamic Revolution courts in 10 cities and 32 convicts of the revolution courts in two cities, who were found to deserve amnesty and sentence abatement according to circular no. 1362/3/29-1/15595 of the Supreme Judicial Council and the suggestion Amnesty Department respectively.
