[In response to letter dated 5/3/1363 AHS by the secretary of the Supervisory Council of non-Iranian theology students to prime minister calling for provision of part of the expenses of non-Iranian theology students in Qum Seminary from the incomes of an industrial factory located in Najafabad, Isfahan, which according to note 82 run by the government, the Prime Minister, Mr. Mousawi, wrote the letter," Brother Hujjat al-Islam Haj Sayyid Ahmad Aqa Khomeini, if it is accepted by the lofty position of wilayat-e faqih from religious point of view, I agree and God willing it will be useful." 6/3/1363 AHS]
