Respectfully, this is to inform you that the Mustad`afan Foundation has provided a list of its scattered properties and relatively small assets, which are difficult for the foundation to maintain. The President, the Majlis Speaker and I deem it advisable to transfer such properties to propagation and charitable institutes of public utility working for Islam to be used in the cause of Islam and for helping the oppressed people. To this end, the Imam Khomeini Relief Committee, the Welfare Organization, the Khordad 15 Foundation, the Union of Islamic Associations and the like are in the list of such organizations. We shall beg your eminence's opinion in this respect?
It is useful to bring your eminence's attention that the list does not cover large-scale factories, fundamental assets of the Foundation, the confiscated construction companies and urban lands.
