Permission [Intervention of Hajj and Endowment Organization in endowed properties without custodian]

His Holiness Great Leader of the Revolution, Hadrat Ayatullah al-`Uzma Imam Khomeini- May his sublime presence endure,
Respectfully, with a view to article 81 of the civil law stipulating that:" In public endowment with no specific custodian, the administration of the endowed property will be in accordance with the view of Wali-e Faqih, intervention of the Endowment Organization in stipulated endowed properties hinges on permission of your eminence. You are kindly requested to state your blessed view in case you consider Endowment Organization to be entitled to interfere in the affairs of such endowed properties."
