Questioner: Abtahi-Rasouli-Tawass and Qadi `Askar

I hereby appoint Hujaj al-Islam Messers Abtahi, Rasouli, Tawassuli, Sani`i, `Aba'i, Keshmiri and Qadi `Askar «1» - May God Almighty assist them- as officials in charge of administration of the Central Secretariat so that with the help of God Almighty and prayer of the Savior (may our souls be sacrificed for him) and thought formulation of a law by they attend to the different affairs of respected Friday Prayer Leaders Imams, submitting the reports to the esteemed Central Council of the Friday Prayer and me.
It is hoped that the respected Friday Prayer leaders and the officials render the necessary cooperation with the said secretariat. I beseech God Almighty to grant success to all to serve Islam and the Islamic country. May God's peace and mercy be upon you!
