Praise is to Allah, the Lord of the worlds; God's blessings and be peace upon Muhammad and his pure progeny, and His curse upon all their enemies.
al-Islam Mr. Haj Sayyid Rida Borqi`i- May his gracing last long- is authorized on my behalf to take charge of financial affairs collect religious alms and spend economically for his expenses with authority to use one third of the holy share of the Imam (`a) and half of the share of sadat excessive to his expenses on propagation of the sacred religion and religious cases. The rest should be sent to me for revival of the pure appellation of Islam.
" And I admonish him, may God Almighty assist him, as the pious predecessors have admonished to keep company of piety, to evade carnal desires and to be cautious in his worldly and after-world affairs." May God's peace and mercy be upon him and our faithful brethren!
