His Eminence Hujatt al-Islam Haj Shaykh Muhammad-Rida Kani- May your gracings last long,
With the prudence, management, trustworthiness evident in you, I deemed it advisable to give the trouble to take charge of the affairs of Marwi Theological School and all its attachments and endowed properties. Therefore, I appoint you as superintendent of the Qurban Theological School, its endowed properties, library and its attachments. It is hoped that Almighty God grants you success in administration of affairs of the school, particularly enhancement of its scholarly aspect and moral and spiritual education of students. The `ulama' and teachers of Tehran- may their blessings last long- struggle to educate the respected tullab (plural of talabih or student of theology) of the school and frequent the school to illuminate the school by endowing knowledge and action as is the life style of the righteous predecessors- (May God's mercy be upon them).
I implore God Almighty to grant you success and sanction and hope that with the special favors of the Savior (May our souls be sacrificed for him) you will be successful in this important religious effort. May God's peace, mercy and blessings be upon you!
