Praise is to Allah, the Lord of the worlds; may God's peace is upon Muhammad and his pure progeny, and His curse be upon all their enemies.
al-Islam Haj Mirza Husayn Nouri Hamedani- May his gracings last long- is authorized on my behalf to take charge of the financial affairs whose incumbency in time of the occultation of the Imam of the Age (May God hasten his glorious reappearance) is among the features of fully-qualified faqih. He is also authorized to collect religious sums and the holy shares and spend half of the holy shares on specified cases and revival of the pure appellation of Islam and sending the other half to me to spend on theological seminaries.
I admonish him, may God Almighty assist him, as the pious predecessors have admonished us to keep company of piety, to evade carnal desires and to be cautious in his worldly and after-world affairs. May God's peace, mercy and blessings be upon him and our faithful brethren!
