In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful
I donate the book" Adab as-Salah", to my dear son Ahmad, who enjoys the exuberance of youth and would benefit from it. I myself could not gain anything but regret over failure in days of the past when I was able to educate my soul. I can only regret in time of old age, with empty hands, heavy burden and long path, while my legs are limping and the call of departure has sounded. The contents of this book have been composed of the Holy Scripture, The Practice of the Prophet and and graces of the illustrious enabling one to reach the real ascension and guidance of men of knowledge. It can help one to get rid of this dark house of body and achieve the main destination of humanity traversed and invited by the grand prophets and revered saints (May God's peace be upon them) and men of God.
My son! Take care of yourself who has been leavened by divinely nature and rescue yourself from the vortex of ignorance in the torrential waves of self-conceit and egoism in order to board Noah's Ark that is the ray of wilayah of God. Whoever board it is saved; whoever turns away from it is perished. «1»
My son! Strive to move along the straight path that is the path of God even though in a limping manner. Give spiritual tinge and divinity to heart and molded movements and pauses and serve people because they are creatures of God. The grand prophets and the devoted saints of God were never preoccupied with the world while they were engaged with worldly works like others. Their engagements have been for and from God. The Holy Prophet (s) has been quoted as observing:" If dust lands on my heart and I seek forgiveness from God seventy times a day." «2» Perhaps he counted observation of truth in multiplicity as opacity.
My son! Prepare yourself, as you will suffer persecution after me. They will put it down to your account whatever concern they have of me. If you settle your account with God and take refuge in His remembrance, fear not the people, as the account of people is transient and that which is eternal is the account before God.
My son! After me, you may be invited to do a service. If you intend to serve the Islamic Republic and dear Islam, do not turn down. But if, God forbid, you accept for egoism and satisfaction of sensuality, avoid it, as worldly positions have not the value to ruin yourself for.
O God! Grant happiness to Ahmad, his family and relations who are your servants and descendants of the Prophet of God in this and other world and keep the hand of the damned Satan from harming them.
O God! We are weak and wimp and lag behind the caravan of spiritual wayfarers. Help us." O God! Treat us based on Your magnanimity and not justice." May God's peace be upon His righteous servants!
