In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful
Praise is to Allah, the Lord of the worlds; may God's peace be upon Muhammad and his pure progeny, and His curse be upon all their enemies.
And then, Thiqqat al-Islam wal-Muslimin Haj Shaykh `Abdul-Rasoul Hasani Bastami- may his blessings last long- is authorized on my behalf to take charge of financial affairs and the holy shares of Imam (`a) and spend the holy share of Imam (`a) on his expenses economically and spend one third of the excess as well as half of the share of sadat on the cases specified and send the remaining shares to me for revival of the pure appellation of Islam.
And I admonish him, as the pious predecessors have admonished us to keep company of piety, to evade carnal desires. May God's peace be upon him and our faithful brethren!
