Praise is to Allah, the Lord of the worlds; may God's peace be upon Muhammad and his pure progeny, and His curse be upon all their enemies.
al-Islam Haj Sayyid Muhammad Kazim Dehdashti- May his blessings last long- is authorized on my behalf to take charge of the financial affairs pending permission of the qualified faqih in the time of occultation of the Imam of the Age (may God hasten his glorious reappearance). He is also authorized to collect religious sums such as zakat, monetary expiation given by the people and alms and spend them on specified religious cases he is also authorized to collect the blessed shares (of the Imam of the Age) and use them for maintaining themselves economically and authorized in the in case of surplus are authorized to spend half of the blessed shares for appropriate and specified expenses and sending the remaining shares to me for revival of the pure appellation of Islam.
And I admonish him, may God Almighty assist him, as the pious predecessors have admonished us to keep company of piety, to evade carnal desires and to be cautious in his worldly and after-world affairs. May God's peace, mercy and blessings be upon him and our faithful brethren!
