Since after the sad passing away of Hadrat Ayatullah the late Mr. Khwansari (may God sanctify him) a number of believers have requested me to appoint a competent person to officiate the congregational prayer at the Sayyid `Azizullah Mosque, I hereby introduce Hujjat al-Islam Mr. Haj Shaykh Ghulam-Rida Ridwani (may his gracings last) whom I closely know for long years and who is endowed with knowledge, piety and moral soundness for this noble practice. He will serve as my representative and believers can refer to him for religious matters. It is hoped that with the will of Almighty God he will be efficiently successful and sanctioned in this noble act with the grace of God Almighty and support of the Imam of the Age (may our souls be sacrificed for him). May God's peace be upon the righteous servants of God!
