Permission [Permission in financial and religious law affairs]

In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful
Praise is to Allah, the Lord of the worlds; may God's peace is upon Muhammad and his pure progeny, and His curse be upon all their enemies.
And then, Thiqat al-Islam Shaykh Muhammad Kazim Mousawandi Kazimi- May his successes last long- is authorized on my behalf to take charge of the financial affairs to collect religious sums and spend half of the holy shares for his expenses and other specified cases, paying the share of sadat to the deserving sadat and using the holy share of the Imam (May God's peace be upon him) on his expenses and other provided cases.
And I admonish him, may God Almighty assist him, as the pious predecessors to keep company of piety, to evade carnal desires and to be cautious in his worldly and after-world affairs have admonished us. May God's peace and mercy be upon him and our faithful brethren!
