Respectfully, enclosed please find the list of 423 convicts of the general crimes (excluding the splinter groups) of Islamic Revolutionary Courts in six cities in implementation of the circular no. 62/3/29-1/15595 by the Supreme Judicial Council and 43 convicts of general courts we received through Amnesty and Remission Department deserving amnesty and extenuation of punishment.
