With greetings, regarding the budget deficit and financial crisis of the Islamic Propagation Organization and seeking assistance through confiscated properties, negotiation was made with Mr. Sani`i, the respected prosecutor general of the country, and Your Eminence's opinion had been communicated to him by Mr. Rasouli. It was stated that according to law, confiscated properties would be applicable to Note 82. But the properties belonging to the detested Pahlavi regime and his agents and relatives and have been confiscated based on His holiness's government verdict, since its order vests with His Eminence and it provides that these properties should be confiscated in favor of the oppressed, if you permit can the requirements of the organization be fulfilled from those properties to remove intellectual deprivation and propagation of the sacred Islamic sciences and rules? I hope this problem, like other important government problems, would be resolved by Your Eminence's blessed hand. May God's peace, mercy and blessings be upon you!
