al-Islam Haj Shaykh Muhammad `Aba'i, May your gracings last,
As I have been requested to appoint a representative in the Office of Islamic Propagation, I hereby appoint you as my representative in that office. I see it necessary to remind that reports have come in that so far the said office has rendered great services to Islam and the Islamic Republic and the esteemed theological seminaries that should be appreciated. It is hoped that with the favors of God Almighty and prayers of the grand waliyullah of God (may our souls be sacrificed for him) you will find greater success in this valuable matter and diligently continue with the service. It is hoped that the respected teachers and learned people as well as dear students in greater collaboration with that prestigious office make the dear people more acquainted with religious, political and Islamic duties. May God's peace be upon you and the righteous servants of God!
