The Theological Institute of Hadrat Wali-ye-`Asr (May God hasten his reappearance) - (Khwansar) founded by the late Ayatullah al-`Uzma Haj Sayyid Ahmad Khwansari (may God bounteous blessing be upon him) under the name of Theological and Charitable Institute of Hadrat Wali-ye-`Asr (May God hasten his reappearance) with its articles of association having been registered in the non-profitable company registration office of Tehran and the late Ayatullah Khwansari in his living time devolved the contingency of all affairs of the school upon Hujjat al-Islam Haj Sayyid Muhammad `Ali ibn al-Rida in an official letter of attorney, we had the honor of serving, being appointed by His Eminence as member of board of directors. At present, with the demise of His Eminence, it was necessary to notify Your Holiness to order the way you deem advisable for us to obey. May your shadow perpetuate over the top of names,
ibn al-Rida, Hasan Shafi`i, `Ali Shafi`i, Ibrahim Khwansari, `Ali Mahdiyan (and two unreadable signatures)
The foregoing is sanctioned and according to the articles of association one or several of the prominent maraji` should supervise the school and make advisable interference as founders.

In the same way as determined by the late Ayatullah Khwansari, he has the power of attorney on my part in administration of the affairs of the school and the institute. I implore God Almighty the continuation of the success of the respected gentlemen. May God's peace and mercy be upon you!
