[The Guild Cooperatives Fund (represented by gentlemen: Fadlullah Mahallati, Habibullah `Askar-Awladi and Muhsin Labbani) in letter no 64/19 dated 12/3/1364 has announced that a credit for payment of loan to oppressed and needy classes has been put at the disposal of the fund by the Mustad`afan Foundation and requested the sum to remain in the fund as capital as usual. The subject has been confirmed by Mr. Khamene'i (then President), Mr. Hashemi Rafsanjani (Islamic Consultative Assembly speaker) and Mr. Sayyid Ahmad Khomeini.
