[In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful
Praise is to Allah, the Lord of the worlds; may God's peace is upon Muhammad and his pure progeny, and His curse be upon all their enemies until the Day of Religion.
And then, His Excellency, Murawwij al-Ahkam, `Imad al-A`lam Aqa Sayyid Kazim Sadr as-Sadat Desfouli- May his successes last long- is authorized on my behalf to relate the ahadith from reliable Imamite `ulama' (May God's pleasure of be upon them) and collection of religious dues and Divinely rights, even the holy share of the Imam (May God's peace be upon him) as much as is sufficient for spiritual livelihood, hoping that he would observe taqwa or piety and caution. May God's peace, mercy and blessings be upon him and upon all our faithful brethren.
