In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful
Prais to be Allah, the Lord of the worlds; may God's peace is upon Muhammad and his pure progeny, and His curse be upon all their enemies.
And then, Thiqqat al-Islam Haj Shaykh Muhammad-Hasan Hujjati- May his gracings last long- is authorized on my behalf to take charge of the financial affairs and collection of religious dues and spending in certain cases such as zakats, alms and injustices on servants of God on specified religious cases and holy share of Imam (peace be upon him) for his expenses in economical manner and spend one-third of the excess on propagation of sacred religion and half of the share of sadat for needy sadats, returning the remaining two-thirds of the share of Imam (May God's peace be upon him) and half of the sadat's share to me to be used for reviving the pure appellation of Islam and the sacred theological seminaries ..
And I admonish him, may God Almighty assist him, as the pious predecessors to keep company of piety, to evade carnal desires. May God's peace and mercy be upon him and our faithful brethren.
