al-Islam Haj Shaykh Husayn Zarandi, may your blessing last long,
Following prolonged illness of Hujjat al-Islam Muwahhidi Kermani «1», may his successes last long, resulting in his resignation from performing Friday prayer leadership of Bakhtaran, I hereby appoint you as Friday Prayer Imam of Bakhtaran and as my representative in the province. While appreciating the efforts of Hujjat al-Islam Kermani in this span of time in fulfilling this sacred duty, I hope you will perform this Divinely obligation and acquaint the people to their grave and sensitive duty, particularly at this historical juncture of the Islamic Revolution, inviting them to resistance, unity and solidarity in the face of the plots of the enemies of Islam.
Obviously, the respected prominent `ulama' distinguished clerics resistant and religious residents of Bakhtaran and government organizations will have the necessary cooperation with you in performing the glorious and unity-provoking Friday prayer. It is hoped that you will perform the duties devolved upon you efficiently in cooperation with them. I implore God Almighty to grant success to all. May God's peace and mercy be upon you!
