1. Is my previous decree representing my appointment as the Imam's representative in Sepah still effective?]

2. Who is responsible for following up and attending to the question of grouping in Sepah in Your Excellency's order issued to the armed forces?
Answer:
In His Most Exalted Name
One is you and the other the council of Sepah with discretion of majority. As regards this subject that is concerned with the fate of Sepah, it is necessary to deal with it decisively and without consideration for anyone.
