[Following a letter mailed by the Trade Cooperatives Fund to Imam Khomeini, Mr. Muhsin Nourbakhsh (Governor of the Central Bank) and Mr. Tahmaseb Mazaheri( Prime Minister's Deputy and Superintendent of the Mustad`afan Foundation a foundation established aimed at fulfilling the needs of oppressed class, sent a letter to Imam Khomeini. The letter stressed that the Trade Cooperatives Fund has received a loan from the Central Bank to be returned within six months. Payment of the loan by the Mustad`afan Foundation is irrelevant. Noting that 80 of the loan has been used and while the loan has been provided to be returned in a specified period of time, Imam Khomeini has been requested to settle the difference. Due to the inconsistency of the letter by the Trade Cooperatives Fund and the recent letter, Imam Khomeini assigned Mr. Mousawi (Prime Minister) as the person in charge of settling (the Subject).
