With greetings, you are notified:
In view of the extensiveness of 15 Khordad Foundation and the need for establishing branches in other remote cities and villages and with a view to the limited capital of the foundation which does not receive any credit from the country's public budget, you are kindly requested to authorize Islamic Revolutionary courts to provide this foundation with the confiscated properties, which are within jurisdiction of the grand leader in view of government decree authority providing that these properties should be used to meet the interests of the oppressed. This command will enable this sacred foundation to achieve its lofty goals to serve the respected families of martyrs, the war disabled of the Islamic Revolution and the oppressed people in society. This act hinges on Your Excellency's permission.
It is hoped that the foundation avails of Your Eminence's favors and kindness as before so that all the dear children and families of martyrs, war disable and oppressed people would benefit from the fatherly blessings of that sympathizing leader. May God's peace, mercy and blessings be upon you!
