al-Islam Mr. Jannati, may your gracings last,
According to what we know, some dispute and discord have erupted among the noted `ulama' in Shiraz causing concern particularly in a province such as Fars and resistant city like Shiraz, center of prominent `ulama' and militant and resistant people who had and have a great share in advancement of the revolution and materialization of the Islamic Republic. God forbids, many a time, agents of the opponents of Islam and marked `ulama' have interloped the rank of committed soldiers of God and triggered difference and dispute in an attempt to attain their satanic goals and taking advantage of the good will of the gentlemen. You are therefore requested- while appreciating your efforts throughout the revolution- to make a trip to Shiraz and meet Hujjat al-Islam Dastghayb (may his blessing endure) and Hujjat al-Islam Ha'iri, the respected Friday Prayer leader, and remind them of the sensitivity of the situation and caution them of the efforts of the opponents aimed to create differences and take illegal advantage.
Meantime, I have demanded the deputies in Shiraz to accompany and cooperate with you in this respect. With the interest I have in the eminent mujahid martyr Dastghayb and his honorable family, I request his house by way of duty to struggle for removal of the commotions in the same way that was the life-style of the late martyr Dastghqayb.
God willing, you will return successfully. May God's peace and mercy be upon you!
