In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful
Praise to be Allah, the Lord of the worlds; may God's peace is upon Muhammad and his pure progeny, and His curse be upon all their enemies.
And then, `Imad al-A`lam and Thiqqat al-Islam Haj Shaykh Rasoul Rida'i- May his successes last long- is authorized on my behalf to collect religious dues such as zakats, alms and sums for injustices against the servants of God and spend them on specified religious cases and collecting holy shares and using the holy share of the Imam (May God's peace be upon him) for his expenses in economical manner and pay half of the share of sadat to needy sadats and sending the excess of the holy share of the Imam (May God's peace be upon him) as well as the other half of the share of sadat to me.
And I admonish him, may God Almighty assist him, as the pious predecessors to have admonished us keep company of piety, to evade carnal desires and to be cautious in his worldly and religious affairs. May God's peace, mercy and blessings be upon him and our faithful brethren.
