Dhou'l-Hijjah 22,1405 AH
Praise is to Allah, the Lord of the worlds; may God's peace is upon Muhammad and his pure progeny, and His curse be upon all their enemies.
And then, Hujjat alIslam Haj Sayyid Muhammad-Baqir Hakim- May his gracings last- is authorized on my behalf to take charge of the financial affairs and collection of religious dues and spend the holy shares for his expenses in economical manner. As regards the excess of his expenses, he is authorized to spend one-third on specified religious cases and sending the remaining two-thirds to me for revival of the pure appellation of Islam.
Moreover, I admonish him, may God Almighty assist him, as the pious predecessors to keep company of piety, to evade carnal desires and to be cautious in his worldly and after-world affairs. May God's peace, mercy and blessings be upon him and our faithful brethren!
