Mr. Muhsin Rida'i, Commander of Sepah-e Pasdaran of the Islamic Revolution of Iran,
Whereas, article 150 of the Constitution has stipulated continuation of the role of Sepah in guarding the revolution and its achievements and in view of the fact that fulfillment of this role is not possible without full preparedness of the Sepah in terms of equipment and deployment and naval, ground and air techniques, you are delegated to strengthen Sepah-e Pasdaran as soon as possible by equipping it with ground, air and naval forces so that in necessary cases with cooperation and coordination with the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran they could defend the ground, naval and air borders of the country.
