Praise is to Allah, the Lord of the worlds; may God's peace is upon Muhammad and his pure progeny, and His curse be upon all their enemies.
And then, Thiqqat al-Islam Aqa Sayyid Hasan Hisami Isfahani- May his blessings last long- is authorized on my behalf to take charge of the financial affairs and collection of religious dues such as holy shares and zakahts and spend the and zakahts on the prescribed cases. Regarding the shares, he is authorized to spend for his expenses by observing caution. As regards the excess, he is authorized to spend one-third on specified religious cases and sending the remaining two thirds to me for propagation of the sacred canon and revival of the pure appellation of Islam. May God's peace, mercy and blessings be upon him and our faithful brethren!
