Praise is to Allah, the Lord of the worlds; may God's peace is upon Muhammad and his pure progeny, and His curse be upon all their enemies.
Then, Thiqqat al-Islam Aqa Shaykh Ghulam-Rida `Ata'i- May his gracings last long- is authorized on my behalf to collect holy shares and spend the holy share of the Imam (May God's peace be upon him) on his expenses. He is also authorized to spend one third of it and one third of the share of sadat at the location for prescribed cases and sending the remaining two-thirds to me for revival of the pure appellation of Islam. Regarding the mazalim `ibad and properties with unknown owners as well as zakats, he is authorized to spend them on religious purposes.
Moreover I admonish him, may God Almighty assist him to be cautious in all the cases. May God's peace, mercy and blessings be upon him and our faithful brethren!
