With greetings, as you may be aware that the confiscated properties the revolutionary courts have provided to the foundation have provided effective assistance for removal of some problems prevailing the Martyrs Foundation of theIslamic Republic. In view of the situation and expansion of the programs of the foundation and the need for full investigation into problems and difficulties of the honorable families of martyrs across the country and in a bid to help the wounded, etc., you are kindly requested to authorize Islamic Revolutionary courts to provide the Martyrs Foundation with the confiscated properties based on the government decree vested with Your Eminence the properties of the detested Pahlavi regime and their agents and affiliates.
