His Holiness, Great Leader of the Islamic Revolution and Founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Hadrat Ayatullah al-`Uzma Imam Khomeini, May your sublime presence endure,
With greetings, your are notified that in view of Your Eminence's government decree dated Isfand 14,1357 AHS, it has been stipulated that all the moveable and immoveable properties and assets of the detested Pahlavi family and the accursed affiliates of the former regime to be consumed to meet the needs of deprived and needy classes in society and provide housing and employment for the oppressed. As Khordad 15 Foundation, as order by Your Excellency, is obliged to cover the oppressed people and the respected families of martyrs, part of these assets have been put at the disposal of the foundation. As regards the urban lands put at the disposal of the foundation from the affiliates of the former regime, Urban Land Organization considers the organization to be the owner of these lands.
Given the heavy duties of Khordad 15 Foundation and its limited resources, you are kindly requested to issue the necessary decrees to the concerned ministries so that the foundation can take positive and effective steps towards welfare of the esteemed families covered by the foundation by using the said lands or the price obtained from their sale, with this noble layer of society being able to benefit from the fatherly favors of Your Eminence. May your presence endure for all Muslims!
Superintendent of
Khordad 15 Foundation]
