Praise is to Allah, the Lord of the worlds; may God's peace is upon Muhammad and his pure progeny, and His curse be upon all their enemies.
And then, Thiqqat al-Islam Aqa Sayyid Rida Batha'i- May his successes last- is authorized on my behalf to quote narrations and works of Immaculate Imams (May God's peace be upon them) from the authentic books usual between Twelver `ulama'- rezvan allah ta'ala alaihem ajmaein- and collecting barriyeh dues such as zakat, alms, expiation, mazalim `Ibad and properties with unknown owner and spending on religiously prescribed cases. He is also authorized to collect holy share of the Imam (`a) and spend one third on his economical livelihood and affairs strengthening the pure religion of Islam and sending the remaining two-thirds to me to use for theological seminaries and obtaining the receipt of the sums he receives and deliver to the owners of the sums." And I admonish him, may God Almighty assist him, as the pious predecessors to keep company of piety, to be cautious. I hope he will not forget me in his benevolent prayers." May peace be upon him and God's pious servants!
