I acknowledge the receipt of Your Excellency's message of congratulation on the occasion of eighth anniversary of the victory of Islamic Revolution in Iran and extend my appreciation. It is hoped that this noble Islamic Revolution would serve as a model for deprived and oppressed peoples of the world embroiled under domination of colonialist, particularly the world devouring America and can rescue themselves by trusting God and relying on the masses of people.
