I acknowledge the receipt of Your Excellency's message of congratulation on the occasion of eighth anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution in Iran and extend my appreciation. It is hoped that this victorious Islamic Revolution would serve as model for other nations shackled by the domineering world-devourers and can liberate themselves by relying on God Almighty and revolting against colonialists as soon as possible.
