After greetings and offering most sincere congratulations on the occasion of recent victories of the combatants of Islam, as you are aware, Qum Islamic Propagation Office has taken positive steps towards strengthening the pillars of the Islamic Republic and government as confirmed by His Eminence and advocating the fronts of right against wrong and propagation of Islamic sciences, particularly in completely deprived regions and conducting research and cultural affairs and teaching purposes, etc., and has always been indebted to Your Eminence's favors, receiving its expenses from Your Holiness every year and considerable amount from the government.
Now considering that the office should be self-sufficient as much as possible and needless of government budget, give permission if you deem it advisable the Islamic Revolutionary courts to allocate the properties of the defunct Shah and his relatives to the Qum Islamic Propagation Office. I pray God Almighty to grant you longevity and dignity of Islam and Muslims under the leadership of your Holiness.
