I acknowledge the receipt of Your Excellency's message of congratulation on the occasion of eighth anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution in Iran and extend my appreciation. It is hoped that this noble popular Islamic revolution would serve as model for other deprived peoples of the world and by relying on God Almighty and assistance of masses of people, they can rescue themselves from domination of Eastern and Western colonialists, particularly the criminal America.
