Concerning the votes to be cast by the combatants based in the warfronts and camps, Your Eminence is kindly notified that in Bahman 1366 AHS the Islamic Consultative Assembly has amended the law on voting, pending presentation of national identification card. However, there are so many persons with no identification card. These persons are interested in participation in elections to determine their own socio-political destiny. Your Eminence is kindly requested to express your opinion on participation in the elections of the 3 rd Islamic Consultative Assembly by the beloved combatants stationed in the warfronts and camps and the patients in the hospitals as well as prisoners by providing them with identification card with the approval of the concerned authorities.
