Honorable Supreme Judicial Council- may God, the Exalted, assist it,
With thanks for the efforts of His Eminence Hujjat al-Islam Khamene'i, «1» the design agreed upon by the gentlemen is contrary to the Constitution. I agree with the design approved by majority vote at the meeting of the heads of three branches of the government.
It is hoped that the consent of the esteemed members of the Council at all periods could resolve the judicial deficiencies of the country. I beseech God for the success of the gentlemen.
