In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful
"Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds; may peace and salutations be upon Muhammad and his pure progeny, and may God's curse be upon all their enemies."
It is confirmed that His Eminence Hujjat al-Islam Shaykh Ya`qoub-`Ali Tawassuli- may his graces last- has been granted permission by the undersigned to take charge of the financial affairs and to collect the religious funds such as zakat, and the expiation and injustices alms of the servants of God and to spend them as prescribed. Regarding the blessed share of the Imam (`a), he is equally permitted to collect and spend it for his sustenance in economical manner. In case of surplus, he is authorized to spend one-third of it in propagating the sacred religion and to remit the other two-third. Regarding the share of the noble Sadat (may Allah multiply their likes), he is similarly permitted to collect and give half of it to the Sadat and to remit the other half.
"And I admonish him (may God, the Exalted, assist him) to exercise caution in all affairs." May God's peace and mercy be upon him and upon our faithful brethren.
