The essence of need for clerical representatives in universities, designating individuals acceptable to the students in case of necessity and limits of their prepogatives is not related to me. The Supreme Cultural Revolution Council should do whatever it deems appropriate without attributing to me or other persons. I pray God, the Exalted, for your success as well as that of other esteemed members (of the Council). May peace be upon you.
