In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful
May God's greeting and blessing be upon the honorable martyrs and the dear disabled of the war, these migrants towards Allah and His Messenger! They offered their most treasured trust in the valuable cause and loftiest ideas to God and safeguarded the most invaluable system to the extent of their ability by sacrificing their life and driving out the enemies of God from the Muslim country. Which migration towards God and His Messenger is higher and more valuable than this one and which sacrifice is more valuable than this one and than being disabled at the fronts. Who can assess the value of this asset that is intertwined with spirituality and sincerity or reward it, except for the Original Owner and the Sublime Buyer Who has stated:" Whoso migrateth for the cause of Allah, his reward is then incumbent on Allah." «1» O, You great martyrs and dear living martyrs, if it were not for your struggles and the struggle of your honorable brothers and sisters at the warfronts and behind the front lines, who attracted God's special favors thanks to your sincerity, which power and which war instrument could save the Islamic Republic and your dear country from the turbulent sea of problems and plots concocted by the East and the West and their affiliates who struggled hand in hand to drown us? These blind-hearted and ungodly perverts did not know that this is the Noah's Ark which is piloting and supporting it. They have come to fight against faith, spirituality and the country of the Imam of the Age (May our souls be sacrificed for him) with material instruments and equipment. After many years of experience, they have not yet come to their senses and continue with their cunning moves. But why fear of the waves of the sea when Noah is the captain.
O, God! We are nothing! Nothing! Everything is from You and everything returns to You. We trust Your omnipotence and seek Your assistance. If You are with us, we care not a rap for defeat or victory. We wish You are the friend of this sincere nation and youths and will shower Your blessing upon the immortal martyrs. Cure the disabled of the war, these living martyrs and grant them sincerity and spiritual reward. Bestow patience and blessing upon their families and their caretakers and make our prisoners of war and those missing in action healthy and resistant and rescue them. Grant greater victory, power and bravery to the honorable combatants, these backbones of the Islamic Republic. Grant ever greater resistance, steadfastness, patience and endurance to our noble nation in the cause of advancing the cause of Islam. Foster unity of expression among Muslim nations and awaken Islamic governments from their deep slumber and augment the majesty of Islam and curtail the hands of the oppressors, the corrupt and adventurous tyrants from Islam and the Islamic Republic. Abort the greed of the avaricious powers and reverse their tricks and machinations on them. Shower your endless peace and greetings to the grand prophets, particularly the noblest and the Seal of Prophets (peace be upon him and his progeny). Bestow unending greetings upon the Immaculate Imams (including the last of them, and Baqiyyatullah who is in occultation) and deliver us from the evil presence of Satan and carnal passion.
