Respect Superintendent of Qum Islamic Propagation Office:
Considering that Mr. Shari`atmadari is not longer competent to run the Qum Islamic Propagation House, the publications, printing house, library and their attachments such as buildings, dormitory, etc. and cannot supervise them and in view of the fact that all of them as admitted by him have been provided through religious sums, zakat, people's donations and the public Treasury of Muslims, with the permission we obtained from Your Eminence, the prominent wali-ye faqih and honorable Marja` and Imam of the ummah, Ayatullah al-`Uzma Imam Khomeini (may his shadow last long), he gave permission that the Qum Islamic Propagation Office administer all the above cited cases most efficiently. It is hoped that by exercising correct management and full precision in preserving the public treasury in best manner, exploitation should be made completely for the interests of Islam and Muslims and propagation of sacred religion of Islam and Ja`fari school (May God's peace be upon him) and training religious students and religious preachers and remain under the attention of the Imam of the Age (may our souls be sacrificed for him). As of the present date onward you can take delivery of all the above cases and all the existing apparatuses with complete inventory from the respected Islamic Revolution prosecutor of Qum. May God's peace and mercy be upon you!
